Starting prices
Clear rates before work begins.
The $40 computer diagnostic is credited toward the repair if you proceed. A one-hour minimum applies once physical repair work begins.
Customer-specific parts are supplied by you or prepaid before ordering. Parts and any travel charge are discussed and approved first.
Clear boundaries
If it needs a different specialist, I will tell you.
I do not offer iPhone hardware repair, board-level microsoldering, glass-only OLED/LCD separation or refurbishing, mobile-forensics recovery, or physical/mechanical recovery from dead hard drives. Data recovery attempts are limited to drives the computer can still detect. Recovery is never guaranteed.
